Hello.Tours run seven days a week and take about twenty minutes. Long enough to walk the model homes, the rooftop, the rooftop work areas, the indoor-outdoor rooftop gym, and the sauna. If you're not ready to tour, join the waitlist for early access. If you've already picked a plan, apply with a $46 manual or $56 digital application fee and a refundable $500 holding deposit. Required fees are listed on the Fee Guide before you apply.
