Information we collect

When you request a tour, join a waitlist, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

• Name, email, phone number, and message content
• Move-in timeline, bedroom preference, and other leasing details you provide
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed
• UTM or campaign parameters if you arrive from an ad or shared link

How we use it

• To respond to tour, waitlist, and reservation requests
• To send leasing follow-up you asked for
• To operate, secure, and improve this site
• To meet legal, screening, and recordkeeping obligations when you apply

We do not sell personal information. Application screening, if you proceed, is handled on the leasing platform with its own notices at the point of collection.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us host the site, receive leads, send email or texts you requested, or process applications — including the DwellX platform. We may also share information when required by law or to protect residents, visitors, and the property.

California residents

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, you may have the right to know, delete, or correct certain personal information and to opt out of sharing that qualifies as a sale or share. To make a request, email leasing@livdomo.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed for leasing, legal, and operational purposes, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required.
