By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is for information about 3743 4th Avenue and to request tours, waitlist spots, or reservations. Availability, photos, floor plans, and rents may change.
Starting rents and required fees shown on this site are marketing disclosures, not an offer that everything is included. Starting rents: One from $2,395, Two from $2,950, Sky from $3,495. Application fee $46 manual or $56 digital per applicant. Refundable holding deposit $500 per unit, applied to security deposit and/or amounts owed upon application approval. Required Technology Convenience Package $65/mo and utility billing administration $5.95/mo. Electric — including solar share — and water are separately metered and billed on usage. A lease and Fee Guide control if you rent a home.
Submitting a form is a request, not a lease. A holding deposit, if you pay one, is described at the time of payment and on the Fee Guide. Waitlist membership does not guarantee a unit or a price.
